Tacoland was a great find! The food was flavorful, fresh, and came in generous portions for a good price. The tacos were especially tasty and well seasoned. The inside decor was really fun, Disneyland and Star Wars themed with lots of creative touches that made it stand out. Service was fast and friendly, and the place had a cheerful, relaxed vibe. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re in the area!
If you’re anywhere near Disneyland and craving something flavorful, cheesy, and absolutely hit-the-spot, Taco Land is the move! This place surprised me in the best way. I ordered the Birria Grilled Cheese, Birria Ramen, and of course had to try their tacos — and everything was bomb. The birria here is rich, tender, and super flavorful. The grilled cheese was melty and crispy, packed with juicy birria, and honestly one of my favorite bites. The birria ramen? Perfect comfort food — super savory and great portion size. The tacos were loaded and full of flavor, especially when dipped in the consommé. You could literally smell how good they were before even taking a bite. Service was friendly, food came out quick, and it’s only a few minutes from Disneyland which makes it the perfect post-park meal. If you love birria, cheese pulls, and satisfying Mexican comfort food, Taco Land is a must try. I’ll definitely be back!
This was one of the best restaurants I have ever been to in my life. This is the Disney restaurant in or outside of any of the parks I have been to including Paris and Orlando. Bridget(te) was kind and helpful with what I should get. Her recommendations were perfect. Her personality and customer service was warm and made the experience so memorable. The food and the atmosphere were amazing. Birria taco/Quesabirria taco were top tier. The addition of the seasoned chips and the three salsas rounded out our meal. I was only there briefly for my birthday but I will definitely be back. My sister and I will find another excuse to come to CA just for Tacoland!!!
Authentic Mexican Flavors That Hit the Spot After spending 10 days traveling in Europe, I found myself craving authentic and delicious Mexican food. Being a huge taco enthusiast, I had seen numerous food bloggers rave about this spot, making it the perfect time to give it a try. Generous Portions & Flavorful Dishes We ordered a variety of items, initially underestimating the portion sizes—but in the best way possible. • Pork Belly Taco – The best way to describe this taco is like enjoying the ultimate pork crackling—crispy, flavorful, and rich. • Beer-Battered Shrimp Taco – Possibly the standout dish, with a crispy, golden batter that perfectly complemented the shrimp. • Carne Asada Street Tacos – Some of the best carne asada I’ve had in a long time—perfectly cooked, well-seasoned, and made with high-quality meat. • Birria Street Tacos – As a big fan of birria, I couldn’t pass these up. The slow-cooked beef was so flavorful that I might even prefer it over the asada! The tacos came topped with onions and cilantro on some of the best corn tortillas I’ve had outside of homemade. • Birria Plate – A generous serving of the same tender birria meat, served with rice, beans, and tortillas. A hearty and satisfying dish. Sides & Drinks • Chips & Salsa / Chips & Guacamole – Both were excellent, with the chips lightly dusted with Tajín, adding a nice citrusy kick. • Mexican Sodas & Aguas Frescas – They offer traditional fountain drinks, but also have Coca-Cola from Mexico and other glass-bottled sodas. I opted for the pineapple agua fresca, which was refreshing and paired perfectly with the bold flavors. • Micheladas – Some of the best I’ve had! Atmosphere & Decor The restaurant’s decor is a fun surprise for Disney fans. The collection of vintage toys and memorabilia creates a nostalgic, almost time-travel-like experience. Final Thoughts This spot exceeded my expectations with its authentic flavors, generous portions, and welcoming atmosphere. It’s definitely a place I’ll return to whenever I’m craving tacos!
Talk about food that makes you feel at home! We ordered chilaquiles verdes, tacos dorados, birria plate and asada burrito. We all devoured our plates. The sazón is so good reminds me of home. The service was top tier! We go out to eat quite often and we remember a handful of restaurants that you can tell the owners love what they do and here you can tell that love is poured all across the board, hospitality, food, cleanliness! Will definitely be back anytime we come back to the area.
Taco Land in Anaheim has officially become one of my must stop spots when I am in the area. The food is the kind that makes you quiet for a second after the first bite. The birria tacos and quesatacos are loaded, rich, and perfectly crispy on the outside, and the al pastor on flour tortillas hits that perfect balance of sweet, smoky, and a little spicy. They have fun, creative options too, like Korean tacos, hot Cheeto style burritos, and the Anaheim burrito, but nothing feels gimmicky. It all tastes like real, well seasoned Mexican comfort food. The salsas and toppings bar, with cilantro, onions, radishes, pickled red onions and more, are super fresh and let you customize everything exactly how you like it. The atmosphere is honestly half the reason to come. The place is bright, casual, and full of Disney themed decor, with walls of Mickey ears, Disney art, and park vibes without the park prices. It is family friendly, relaxed, and feels like a fun little extension of Disneyland just a few minutes away. Even when it is busy, it does not feel chaotic. You order at the counter, grab a table, and the food comes out fast enough that you are not staring at your number forever. What really puts Taco Land over the top is the heart behind it. The owner is a former Disney cast member, and you can feel that guest experience mindset all over the place, from the friendly staff to the way they check on tables and make people feel welcome. In our case the owner personally went out of his way to make sure we had a great experience and even gifted my daughter Viviana a Disney princess toy, which was such a wholesome touch and made the visit feel extra special and memorable. It is obvious there is real pride in the recipes and in the community they have built around this little taco shop. (Thank you for the great experience) Overall, Taco Land is an easy five out of five for me. Incredible tacos, a fun atmosphere, and an owner who clearly cares about both the food and the people eating it.
The food was good. It was not busy when I went. The atmosphere is super chill and laid back. The restaurant is nice and clean. 1 hour parking limit, which is understand, the parking lot is small for about 8 cars only. Cashier was friendly. They Have Disney Pins for trading. They also have outdoor seating. I tried (listed in best flavor) Al Pastor, Asada, Birria, Carnitas. Carnitas is typically my go-to and favorite everywheee, but here it was flavorless. The green sauce is better. Surprisingly, i liked asada, I usually don't, but al pastor beat them all. They use purple onion instead of white, which goes well with the food. The Piña drink was refreshing, not too sweet, and it had blended pineapple. They did not overfill with ice either. Overall, I would eat here again.
